Echium angustifolium belongs to the genus Echium and is part of the Boraginaceae family. This species is distributed across several countries including France, Chad, Cyprus, the East Aegean Islands, Egypt, Greece, Crete, Kuwait, Lebanon-Syria, Libya, Palestine, Sinai, Tunisia, and Turkey. It was first published in 1768 by the author Mill.
