Solidago gigantea, known as Early Goldenrod, is a species in the Asteraceae family. It was first described in 1789 by Aiton and is native to North America. It is also referred to as tall goldenrod and giant goldenrod.

This species was first published in 1789 by Aiton. Common names for this plant include Early Goldenrod, tall goldenrod, and giant goldenrod.
