Leucadendron coniferum, known as Dune Conebush, is an evergreen, dioecious shrub or small tree reaching up to 4 m in height. It is a member of the Proteaceae family and is native to the Western Cape province of South Africa, where it grows in sandy coastal soils. The plant features a whorl of yellow leaves surrounding its flowerheads, with flowering occurring in August and September.

The plant is distributed globally but originates from the Cape Provinces. It was first described in 1856 by Meisn.
