Duguetia cauliflora R.E.Fr. is a species in the Annonaceae family, known from several regions in northern South America. It is documented in Colombia's Amazonian territories, including the departments of Amazonas, Caquetá, Vaupés, and Vichada, as well as in protected areas such as Parque Nacional Natural Serranía de Chiribiquete and Parque Nacional Natural Yaigojé Apaporis. The species also occurs in Brazil, French Guiana, Guyana, Peru, Suriname, and Venezuela.

Description

Duguetia cauliflora R.E.Fr. is a member of the Annonaceae family and is native to the Amazon region of northern South America. Its distribution includes the Amazonian territories of Colombia, such as the departments of Amazonas, Caquetá, Vaupés, and Vichada, as well as the southern part of the Meta and the Bota Caucana. It is also present in Brazil, French Guiana, Guyana, Peru, Suriname, and Venezuela. The species has been recorded in protected areas like Parque Nacional Natural Serranía de Chiribiquete and Parque Nacional Natural Yaigojé Apaporis. First described in 1934, it is part of the diverse flora of the Amazon basin.
