Duguetia argentea is a species in the Annonaceae family, native to the Amazon region of Brazil, Colombia, and Venezuela. It was first described in 1919.

Description

Duguetia argentea (R.E.Fr.) R.E.Fr. is a member of the Annonaceae family, commonly known as the custard apple family. It is distributed across the Amazonas, Guainía, and Vaupés regions in Brazil, as well as in northern Brazil, Colombia, and Venezuela. The species was formally published in 1919. It is part of the genus Duguetia, a group of tropical trees and shrubs found in the Neotropics.
