Leucadendron daphnoides Meisn., commonly known as Du Toit's Kloof Conebush, is a shrub in the family Proteaceae. It is native to the Western Cape in South Africa, found in the Slanghoek, Du Toits, and Stettynskloof mountains. The plant is part of the fynbos vegetation and can grow up to 1.5 m tall. It flowers between July and September.

Description

Leucadendron daphnoides is a member of the Proteaceae family and is endemic to the Cape Provinces. It is a flowering shrub that contributes to the fynbos ecosystem. The species was first described in 1856. It is known for its conebush characteristics and is adapted to the local climate and soil conditions of its native range.
