Sesbania drummondii, known as Drummond's Sesbania, is a perennial shrub in the Fabaceae family. It is native to the southeastern United States, including Texas and Florida, and is also found in parts of Mexico and Central America. The species was first described in 1936.

Description

Sesbania drummondii is a member of the Fabaceae family and is commonly referred to as poisonbean, rattlebox, or rattlebush. It is a perennial shrub that grows in the southeastern United States, ranging from Texas east to Florida. Its distribution also extends into parts of Mexico and Central America, including El Salvador. The species was published in 1936 and is part of the genus Sesbania.
