Phyllostachys flexuosa, known as Drooping timber bamboo, is a species in the Poaceae family. It was first described by Rivière & C.Rivière in 1878. This bamboo is native to and cultivated in regions including China North-Central, China South-Central, China Southeast, Cuba, New Caledonia, and the conterminous 48 United States.
