Disporum cantoniense

Disporum cantoniense (Lour.) Merr. belongs to the genus Disporum within the family Colchicaceae. It is distributed across several regions including Assam, Cambodia, China South-Central, China Southeast, East Himalaya, India, Jawa, Laos, Lesser Sunda Is., Malaya, Myanmar, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Sumatera, Thailand, Tibet, Vietnam, and West Himalaya. The species was first published in 1919. This plant is part of a broader group of flora found in tropical and subtropical climates of Asia.
