Didymoglossum membranaceum (L.) Vareschi is a fern species belonging to the Hymenophyllaceae family. It is found in several regions of Colombia, including Barrancabermeja, Antioquia, Caquetá, Chocó, Magdalena, Nariño, and Norte de Santander, as well as in the Archipiélago de Cuba. The species was formally published in 1969.
