Description

Didymoglossum cuspidatum (Willd.) Ebihara & Dubuisson is a member of the Hymenophyllaceae family, commonly known as the filmy fern family. This species was formally described in 2006, with the scientific name updated from its original authorship by Willd. The genus Didymoglossum includes small, often delicate ferns typically found in moist, shaded habitats. As part of the Hymenophyllaceae, this species likely exhibits the thin, translucent fronds characteristic of the family.
