Desmanthus paspalaceus

Desmanthus paspalaceus is a member of the Fabaceae family, commonly known as the legume family. Its natural distribution spans across several countries, including Brazil, Argentina, Bolivia, Paraguay, Uruguay, and parts of Mexico. The species was formally published in 1946 by the author (Lindm.) Burkart. It is part of the genus Desmanthus, which is known for its diverse range of species found in tropical and subtropical regions. The species occurs in both the Northeast and Northwest regions of Argentina, as well as in the South of Brazil and the Gulf, Northeast, and Southeast regions of Mexico.
