Brachychiton gregorii, known as Desert Kurrajong, is a small tree in the Malvaceae family. It is native to northern and western Australia, including the Northern Territory, South Australia, and Western Australia. The species was first described in 1857 by F.Muell.

Description

Brachychiton gregorii is a member of the genus Brachychiton, part of the Malvaceae family. Previously, it was placed in the now-defunct family Sterculiaceae. This tree is found in arid and semi-arid regions of Australia. It is adapted to dry environments and is a component of the local flora in these areas.
