Dendrocalamus jianshuiensis is a species in the genus Dendrocalamus, belonging to the family Poaceae. It is native to South-Central China and was first described in 1988 by Hsueh and D.Z. Li.

Description

Dendrocalamus jianshuiensis is a member of the grass family, Poaceae, and is part of the Dendrocalamus genus, which includes several species of large tropical and subtropical bamboos. This species is indigenous to the South-Central region of China. It was formally published in the scientific literature in 1988 by botanists Hsueh and D.Z. Li, who provided its initial taxonomic description.
