Daphne arbuscula

Daphne arbuscula is a species of flowering plant in the family Thymelaeaceae, native only to Slovakia. It is an endemic species of Muránska planina National Park. This plant thrives on sunny rocky slopes and rock terraces, particularly on south or southwest-facing sites with limestone bedrock, at elevations between 800 and 1300 meters.
Description
Daphne arbuscula is a dwarf evergreen shrub that reaches up to 15 cm in height and width. It features narrow dark green leaves and produces highly fragrant pink flowers in dense clusters during spring. The species was first described by Čelak in 1890 and is found exclusively in the Global and Czechoslovakia regions.
