Heracleum cyclocarpum is a species in the genus Heracleum, belonging to the family Apiaceae. It is commonly known as Cyclocarpous Cow-Parsnip and is native to the Transcaucasus and Turkey. The species was first described in 1842 by K. Koch.

This species was formally described in 1842 by the botanist K. Koch. As part of the Heracleum genus, it shares characteristics typical of the group, such as compound leaves and umbel-like inflorescences.
