Cullen cinereum, known as the hoary scurf-pea, is a perennial herb or shrub reaching up to 1.5 metres in height. It is typically found in moist environments in semi-arid inland regions of Australia.

Description

Cullen cinereum (Lindl.) J.W.Grimes is a member of the Fabaceae family and is native to various regions including Belgium, Walloon Region, France, The Netherlands, Great Britain, and several Australian states such as New South Wales, Northern Territory, Queensland, South Australia, Victoria, and Western Australia. This species was formally described in 1996. It is characterized by its perennial growth habit and is commonly referred to as the hoary scurf-pea. The plant is often found in moist habitats within semi-arid inland areas of Australia.
