Cucurbita argyrosperma, known as cushaw, kershaw, or silver-seed gourd, is a species of squash native to southern Mexico and cultivated in North and Central America. It is an annual herbaceous plant in the Cucurbitaceae family, valued for its edible flowers, shoots, fruits, and especially its seeds.

Description
