Cryptolepis oblongifolia (Meisn.) Schltr.

Cryptolepis oblongifolia, known as red-stemmed milk rope, is a shrub in the Apocynaceae family. It is native to southern Africa, growing in rocky grassland, grassy woodland, and riverine vegetation from South Africa to Zambia. The plant reaches about 1m in height, with reddish-brown stems and opposite leaves. Its flowers are yellow to reddish-yellow and appear in axillary clusters.
