Description

Crinum moorei, described by Hook.f. in 1874, is a member of the Amaryllidaceae family. It is native to South Africa and has a broader distribution that includes the Azores, Cape Provinces, parts of South and Central America, and several Pacific and Atlantic islands. The species is also recorded in regions such as Manizales and Pasto in Colombia.
