Crassocephalum vitellinum

Crassocephalum vitellinum (Benth.) S.Moore is a member of the Asteraceae family and is found in various African countries, including Burundi, Cameroon, the Gulf of Guinea Islands, Kenya, Nigeria, Rwanda, Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, and Zaïre. The species was first described in 1912. It belongs to the genus Crassocephalum, which is part of the large and diverse Asteraceae family, commonly known as the daisy or sunflower family.
