Corsinia coriandrina is a species in the genus Corsinia, belonging to the family Corsiniaceae. It was first described in 1877 by Lindb., with the original name attributed to Spreng. This plant is native to several islands in the Atlantic Ocean, including the Azores, Madeira, and the Valparaíso Region in Chile.

Description

Corsinia coriandrina is found on multiple islands, including BR, Faial Island, Flores Island, Pico Island, Santa Maria Island, São Jorge Island, São Miguel Island, Terceira Island, Madeira Island, Porto Santo Island, and the Valparaíso Region. As a member of the Corsiniaceae family, it is part of a group of plants with limited global distribution. The species has been recognized and documented since its formal description in 1877.
