Corbichonia decumbens (Forssk.) Exell is a species in the genus Corbichonia, family Corbichoniaceae. It was first described in 1935 and is native to a wide range of regions across Africa and parts of Asia. Its distribution includes Angola, Botswana, Cape Provinces, Chad, Djibouti, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Free State, India, Iran, Kenya, KwaZulu-Natal, Malawi, Mauritania, Mozambique, Namibia, Niger, Northern Provinces, Oman, and Pakistan.

Description

Corbichonia decumbens is a member of the Corbichoniaceae family and is found in various habitats across its extensive geographic range. The species occurs in parts of sub-Saharan Africa, the Arabian Peninsula, and South Asia. It is documented in regions such as Angola, Botswana, Cape Provinces, Chad, Djibouti, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Free State, India, Iran, Kenya, KwaZulu-Natal, Malawi, Mauritania, Mozambique, Namibia, Niger, Northern Provinces, Oman, and Pakistan. The species was formally published in 1935, and its taxonomic classification remains valid within the Corbichonia genus.
