Conostylis prolifera, known as mat cottonheads, is a perennial herb in the Haemodoraceae family. It is native to the south-west of Western Australia and was first described in 1873 by Benth.

Description

Conostylis prolifera is a rhizomatous, tufted, and stoloniferous herb with flat, glabrous leaves and yellow and cream-coloured tubular flowers. It is endemic to the south-west of Western Australia.
