Cephaloziella divaricata is a species in the genus Cephaloziella, family Cephaloziellaceae. Commonly known as Common Threadwort, it was first described in 1893 by (Sm.) Schiffn. This species is found across a range that includes Labrador, Québec, the British Isles, the Azores, parts of Portugal, and regions in the United States and Europe.

Description

Cephaloziella divaricata is a member of the Cephaloziellaceae family and is widely distributed in various regions such as Labrador, Québec, the British Isles, and the Azores. It is also present in parts of Europe, including Flanders, Belgium, and Denmark, as well as in the United States, particularly in Vermont. The species was formally published in 1893 and is known by the common name Common Threadwort in English.
