Cobaea pringlei is a climbing perennial flowering plant in the Polemoniaceae family, native to Mexico. It is characterized by its coiling leaf tendrils and can grow up to 5–7 m in cultivation. The plant produces creamy-white, funnel-shaped flowers on long stalks, with stamens and style extending from the flower's opening.

Description

Cobaea pringlei, described by Standl. in 1914, is a member of the Polemoniaceae family and the genus Cobaea. It is distributed in both the northeast and southeast regions of Mexico. The species exhibits a climbing growth habit, using coiling leaf tendrils to adhere to supports. In cultivated settings, it may reach lengths of 5–7 m. Its flowers are creamy-white, funnel-shaped, and arranged on long stalks. A distinguishing feature is the projection of the stamens and style from the flower's opening.
