Triantha racemosa, described by (Walter) Small in 1903, is a member of the genus Triantha. It is found in several U.S. states including Vermont, Alabama, Delaware, the District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, New Jersey, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia. The plant thrives in acidic wetland environments, such as wet barrens and savannas, and is commonly referred to as Coastal False Asphodel or Southern Bog Asphodel.
