Yucca coahuilensis is a species in the genus Yucca, belonging to the family Asparagaceae. It is native to the grasslands of southern Texas and northern Coahuila, Mexico. This plant is characterized by a basal rosette of stiff, narrow leaves and an inflorescence that can reach up to 2.5 meters in height, bearing creamy white flowers.

Description

Yucca coahuilensis, described by Matuda & I.L.Pina in 1980, is a member of the Asparagaceae family. It is commonly known as Coahuila-Texas Yucca. The species is distributed in the grasslands of southern Texas and northern Coahuila. It features a rosette of rigid, narrow leaves and a tall inflorescence with creamy white flowers.
