Porella cordaeana, known as Cliff Scalewort, is a species in the genus Porella of the family Porellaceae. It was first described in 1876 by (Huebener) Moore. This moss is found in several regions including Madeira Island, parts of Europe such as SE, NO, DK, the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, Belgium, the Walloon Region, and in Vermont, United States.

Description

Porella cordaeana is a member of the Porellaceae family and is recognized by the common name Cliff Scalewort. It is distributed across a range of locations, including Madeira Island, parts of Scandinavia, the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, Belgium, the Walloon Region, and in the U.S. state of Vermont. The species was formally published in 1876 under the authorship of (Huebener) Moore.
