Circaeaster agrestis is a flowering plant species in the genus Circaeaster, part of the family Circaeasteraceae. It is a small, glabrous herb native to temperate regions from the northwest Himalaya to northwest China.

Description

Circaeaster agrestis is found in regions including China North-Central, China South-Central, East Himalaya, Nepal, Qinghai, Tibet, West Himalaya, and Xinjiang. It was first described in 1882 by Maxim. The species is one of only one to two in its family, the Circaeasteraceae, and is characterized as a small, glabrous herb. It grows in temperate areas, particularly in the mountainous regions of the Himalayas and adjacent parts of China.
