Cupressus duclouxiana, known as Chinese cypress or Yunnan cypress, is a conifer in the Cupressaceae family. It is native to China, specifically Yunnan and Sichuan, where it grows in deep river gorges and mountain forests. It is often found with Sikang pine and various oaks, chinquapins, and chestnuts.

Description

Cupressus duclouxiana is a species of conifer in the cypress family, Cupressaceae. It is endemic to China, where it is found in Yunnan and Sichuan. The species grows in deep river gorges and mountain forests. Its habitat includes areas where it is associated with the Sikang pine and various oaks, chinquapins, and chestnuts. The species was described in 1914 by Hickel.
