Echinochloa turneriana, known as channel millet, is a species in the grass family Poaceae. It was first described in 1943 by J.M. Black, with the original authorship attributed to Domin. This grass is native to several regions in Europe and Australia, including Belgium, France, The Netherlands, Great Britain, Austria, New South Wales, Northern Territory, Queensland, and South Australia.

Description

Echinochloa turneriana is a member of the genus Echinochloa, which includes various species of grasses commonly referred to as millets.
