Cecropia latiloba is a species in the genus Cecropia, family Urticaceae. It was first described in 1853 by Miq. The species is native to several regions in South America, including Boyacá, Amazonas, Caquetá, Putumayo, Vaupés, and the Microcuenca alta de río Tillavá in Colombia, as well as parts of Bolivia, Brazil, Ecuador, French Guiana, Guyana, Peru, Suriname, and Venezuela.

Description

Cecropia latiloba is a member of the Urticaceae family and is found in various locations across northern South America. Its distribution includes regions in Colombia such as Boyacá, Amazonas, Caquetá, Putumayo, and Vaupés, as well as the Microcuenca alta de río Tillavá. The species is also present in Bolivia, Brazil (particularly in the north), Ecuador, French Guiana, Guyana, Peru, Suriname, and Venezuela. The species was first published in 1853 by Miq.
