Pinus caribaea, known as Caribbean Pine, is a pine species from the Pinaceae family. It is native to Central America, southeastern Mexico, and the northern West Indies. The species is part of subsection Australes in subgenus Pinus and is found in tropical and subtropical coniferous forests, including Bahamian pineyards, in lowland savannas and montane forests. It was first described in 1851 by Morelet.
