Calvoa orientalis is a species in the genus Calvoa, belonging to the family Melastomataceae. It was first described by Taub. in 1894 and is native to several countries in central and eastern Africa.

Description

Calvoa orientalis is a member of the Melastomataceae family and is part of the Calvoa genus. This species is distributed across Angola, Cameroon, the Central African Republic, Congo, Ethiopia, Gabon, Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda, and Zaïre. It was scientifically described in 1894 by Taub.
