Calomnion complanatum, described in 1873, is a moss species originally attributed to Hook.f. & Wilson and later reclassified by Lindb. It is part of the Calomniaceae family and is native to Australia and New Zealand. This species is typically found on the trunks of tree ferns. It is a diminutive plant, usually no taller than 10 mm, and has a yellow-green appearance. The species is the type for the genus Calomnion.
