Vitis shuttleworthii, commonly known as calloose grape, is a species in the Vitaceae family. Native to south and central Florida, it also occurs in southern Alabama. It is a climbing plant in the grape family, named after the Calusa, a Native American group from southwest Florida. The species was first described in 1921 by House.

It belongs to the genus Vitis and is part of the Vitaceae family. The species name honors the Calusa, a Native American people historically located in southwest Florida. This vine is known by the common name calloose grape. It was first formally described in 1921 by the botanist House.
