Najas flexilis, known as Bushy Naiad, is an aquatic annual plant native to North America and Europe. It also occurs in disjunct populations in southern California, Arizona, Missouri, South Carolina, and Utah. The species was first described in 1824 and belongs to the Hydrocharitaceae family.
