Bunchosia decussiflora is a species in the Malpighiaceae family, native to several regions in South America. It is found in Brazil North, Colombia, French Guiana, Guyana, Peru, and Venezuela. The species is documented in protected areas such as Parque Nacional Natural Tinigua, Caquetá, Meta, Putumayo, and the Parque Nacional Natural Serranía de Chiribiquete. The scientific name was published by W.R.Anderson in 1981.

Description

Bunchosia decussiflora belongs to the Malpighiaceae family and is distributed across northern South America. Its range includes Brazil North, Colombia, French Guiana, Guyana, Peru, and Venezuela. The species is recorded in several protected natural parks, such as Parque Nacional Natural Tinigua, Caquetá, Meta, Putumayo, and the Parque Nacional Natural Serranía de Chiribiquete. The name was first described by W.R.Anderson in 1981. This species is part of the genus Bunchosia, which is known for its presence in tropical regions.
