Description

Cupaniopsis flagelliformis is a small tree species belonging to the family Sapindaceae, known as the lychee and maple family. It is endemic to eastern Australia and is commonly referred to as brown tuckeroo. The tree is distributed across New South Wales and Queensland, where it thrives in tropical and sub-tropical rainforest and monsoon forest environments. The species was first described in 1924.
