Bromelia alsodes is a species in the Bromeliaceae family, native to several regions in Central America and Mexico, including El Salvador, Honduras, and various parts of Mexico. It was first described by H.St.John in 1965.

Bromelia alsodes belongs to the genus Bromelia within the Bromeliaceae family. This species is distributed across a range of Mexican regions, specifically the Gulf, Northeast, Northwest, Southeast, and Southwest, as well as in El Salvador and Honduras. The species was formally published in 1965 by H.St.John.
