Hypoxis colchicifolia, known as broad-leaved hypoxis, is a plant species in the family Hypoxidaceae. It was described by Baker in 1884 and is native to the Cape Provinces, Free State, and KwaZulu-Natal regions.

Hypoxis colchicifolia is a member of the genus Hypoxis within the Hypoxidaceae family. It is commonly referred to as broad-leaved hypoxis in English. The species was first published in 1884 by Baker. Its natural distribution includes the Cape Provinces, Free State, and KwaZulu-Natal in South Africa.
