Brachychiton megaphyllus, known as the red-flowering kurrajong, is a tree native to northern Australia. It was formally described by Gordon Guymer in 1988 during a revision of the Brachychiton genus, having previously been regarded as a variant of Brachychiton paradoxus.

Description

Brachychiton megaphyllus belongs to the Malvaceae family and is part of the Brachychiton genus. It is found in the Northern Territory and is distinguished by its red flowers. The species was first published in 1988 by Gordon Guymer.
