Description

Anthephora pubescens, described by Nees in 1841, is a member of the Poaceae family. It is commonly referred to as bottlebrush grass and is found in regions including Algeria, Angola, Botswana, Cape Provinces, Chad, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Free State, Iran, Kenya, Mali, Mozambique, Namibia, Northern Provinces, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sudan, Tunisia, Uganda, and Yemen.
