Boechera hoffmannii is a flowering plant in the family Brassicaceae, known as Hoffmann's rockcress. It is native to the Channel Islands of California, where it occurs in only three or four populations on two islands. A 2005 report estimated the global population at 244 individuals. It is classified as an endangered species under federal protection.

Boechera hoffmannii (Munz) Al-Shehbaz is a species in the Brassicaceae family, described in 2003.
