Blumenbachia prietea is a species in the genus Blumenbachia, belonging to the family Loasaceae. It was first described by Gay in 1847 and is native to Argentina South and Chile Central.

Description

Blumenbachia prietea is a member of the Loasaceae family, a group of flowering plants commonly known as the loasa family. This species was published in 1847 by the botanist Gay. Its geographic distribution is limited to the southern regions of Argentina and the central parts of Chile.
