Baphia multiflora is a species in the genus Baphia, belonging to the Fabaceae family. It was described by Harms in 1911.

Description

Baphia multiflora is a member of the Fabaceae family, a large and economically significant plant family. It is native to several countries in central and eastern Africa, including Angola, Burundi, Cameroon, Gabon, Nigeria, Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, and Zaïre. The species was first published in 1911 by the botanist Harms. As part of the genus Baphia, it is related to other species within this group, which are primarily found in tropical regions.
