Eremogone congesta (Nutt.) Ikonn., known as ball-head sandwort, is a flowering plant in the Caryophyllaceae family. It is native to western North America, occurring in Alberta, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Saskatchewan, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming.

Description

Eremogone congesta is a member of the Caryophyllaceae family and is commonly called ball-head sandwort. It is found in western North America, ranging from central Canada to the American Southwest. The species was published in 1973.
