Aponogeton undulatus is an aquatic plant species found in regions such as Assam, Bangladesh, Borneo, East Himalaya, India, Malaya, Myanmar, and Thailand. It was first described in 1832 by Roxb. and belongs to the family Aponogetonaceae. The species is occasionally used in aquarium settings.

Description

Aponogeton undulatus is a member of the Aponogeton genus and is native to the Indomalaya region. It is distributed across several countries in South and Southeast Asia. Some taxonomists have proposed that this species should be classified under the name Aponogeton stachyosporus. The plant is known for its use in aquatic environments, particularly in aquariums.
