Anodendron affine is a species in the genus Anodendron, belonging to the family Apocynaceae. It was first described in 1917 by Druce, based on earlier work by Hook. & Arn. The species is distributed across several regions in Asia, including China (South-Central and Southeast), Hainan, Japan, Laos, Myanmar, the Nansei-shoto, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam.

Description

Anodendron affine is a member of the Apocynaceae family, a group of flowering plants commonly known as the dogbane family. This species is native to a range of locations in East and Southeast Asia. Its distribution includes parts of China, specifically the South-Central and Southeast regions, as well as the island of Hainan. It is also found in Japan, Laos, Myanmar, the Nansei-shoto archipelago, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam. The species was formally described in 1917 by Druce, who based his classification on prior work by Hooker and Arnott.
